Imagine if during WWII Roosevelt introduced hundreds of thousands of japanese kamikazes who settled themselves all around the country, willing to die killing Americans.
Each kamikaze could go to a movie theater or shopping area where he is resettled and kill maybe a dozen before getting killed. Twelve-to-one ratio. More effective than trying to kill US armed forces on a battlefield.
It's wise to remember that, in a matter of hours, the United States alone could reduce the entire Middle East to rubble, with a few extra minutes left to obliterate Muslim enclaves in the various European cities where they have settled. In short, they'll never "be the champs." We will be pushed into mega-destructive action long before then.
