Heidi Cruz was in the audience and it was stated on FOX News that she had to be escorted from the hall (I suppose for her safety and peace of mind) as everyone turned on her and shouted, “Goldman Sachs”, “Goldman Sachs”. Cruz did himself no favors. He couldn’t be magnanimous in defeat.
Sulky brute...and besides, I want to see his citizenship issues resolved. No questionable Americans should be able to run for President, or any office.
One of Cruz’s donors had to be physically restrained from attacking him after the speech. He was later turned away from Sheldon Adelson’s suite. It just does not get any worse.

I was nominally for Cruz until I heard Heidi was working for Government Sachs.
It’s a pretty standard thing in the Senate - Senator makes whatever pay he’s making and the wife gets a very easy job making an exorbitant sum. I know of one making north of $500,000 annually, all told.
The couple also stays for free everywhere in the world at villas, resorts, etc.
