Cruz took Wisconsin in the Primary due to Governor Scott Walker...who hasn’t endorsed Trump...but hasn’t ruled him out, either.
But, if the map i saw was correct, Cruz got it because of the turnout on the cities. Most of the state went to Trump.
It’s becoming more disgusting by the day, that the densely populated areas, make the decisions for everyone else.
