I agree with this, with one provision:

Trump should have let his attorneys file a motion for the judge to recuse himself, and then simply pointed to the motion without comment.

I'm not sure why they didn't do it immediately, although perhaps this case began BEFORE Trump started running for President. Does anyone know the complete timeline?

Fvck the ‘judge’

I think most real Americans are at the point where they would cheer the deportation of anyone with a spanish or muzzie sir name.

We’ve had enough.

That includes your playgirl hero Count Copulot.

It wasn't an error, it was calculation by Trump, he got the bad news out now, and made the judge look bias against Trump, even though it looks like Trump shot himself in the foot to most people at this point, it basically removes this only weapon Crooked Hillary has against him.

Trump is a very smart man, he did this same stuff all throughout the primaries, he is using the same model, he is controlling both the good news and the bad news. You see the pattern, first JEB, Carson, Cruz, etc. By creating these waves he creates a larger base of support. Its genius

It was in how he did it I think. However, I don’t understand why he didn’t file a motion for the judge to recuse himself. If he had not referred to his Mexican heritage but got into things like the La Raza connection, the judge releasing material that shouldn’t have been released, the Clinton donations to the law firm, the fact the plaintiff was gone and the case continued, etc. it would have been better. The media branded him a racist, which is absolutely ridiculous, but they did it, and don’t underestimate the affect the media has on a large swatch of people in this country.
