I agree, but my point was how to approach a historical figure, an actual human being, in casting the parts for the play.

I care not a whit if they change fictional characters, but when you mess with history, you are trying to change reality itself.

Dramas about historical figures are never accurate. Shakespeare’s History plays certainly weren’t.
