Not sure as I have been unable to find very few photo’s of the lines normally associated with these rallies..
I am there at the Richmond Coliseum
There are no lines
Walked right in
There was no traffic on I-95
Parked one block from venue
Upper decks and end zone almost empty
Police Richmond and state out in force
