The noisy ones get all the media. So it always appears that when these protestors show up on the tube or in the street that there is a groundswell when in fact there is not. Just a bunch of hapless jerks wanting to flap their gums. Operation Wall Street, BLM, etc...

The point is to avoid offending a certain class of white folks.
The problem is Progressive liberals, not Indians, homosexuals, the transgendered, blacks, Muslims, etc.
Too often we confuse this. Progressives at the intellectual core don’t give a rats a** about Indians, homosexuals, LGBTQs, blacks, Muslims, etc. They care about power for an elite vanguard. They care about playing on the basic ignorance and compassion of the American (or western) political middle to generate political support for this vanguard.
That 10% is an infinitely larger pool than the microscopic number who are “benefited” by the new order for all public schools to make room for their “transgendered” students to use the “bathroom of choice”. Yet for all to be treated “fairly”, the minority must be accommodated, which works a great deal of discomfort on the overwhelming majority.
And small minorities must be accommodated - why?
The tyranny of the minority overrules the democratic belief in the “majority rules”, even if it is only 50% + 1.
Also implicit in this unending struggle, is the belief that compromise is failure and defeat.
If I was Trump, I would bring this up In the debates and say if elected, every college that changed its name due to political correctness can go back to their original names.
