That's my take too. "Journalist" like Tapper get their talking points from Democrats... He would never have noticed on his own...
He does touch on the storage question, but thats simply from the angle of accountability and public record keeping. None of these questions veer off into the federal regulations weve discussed here before regarding the storage and exposure of sensitive information. Thats the dark alley that James Comey is walking down and its only tangentially related to what Tapper is discussing here.
