The thought that occurs to me most is that his last days in office are being called 0bama's legacy period by the MSM. Does a "historic", "transformative" President really want to be remembered for arguing with the people over who gets to use which restroom? Really?

I originally said Trump is not strongly against the Obama Bathroom Invasion. He deferred to “State’s Rights” which is just a copout.
Some corrected me that State's Rights is a legitimate answer.
I agree, it is but the copout in my opinion is that he will not condemn the practice of bathroom invasion and seems to agree with it.
I think the American people are on their own in this battle.
