Maybe I'm just dumb, but since he is just a candidate with as much authority as any other private citizen, I can't see how he can do anything about it. Especially since it is the individual STATES that rule the voting and the vote counting.
Once he becomes the presidential candidate, he effectively becomes the leader of the party. He should be able to bully the RNC to do the right thing.
