We’d probably see the somehow acquired (if it exists) alien technology paraded all over the country first.
I wonder how delusional one would need to be to imagine this to be true. I’ve been visiting the U.S. every year since I graduated from college. In some limited areas things seem about the same, in many places they look visibly quite a bit worse and my desire to live in the U.S. has reduced to a desire to live in southern Utah. Since that’s the one part of the U.S. that the liberals have not wrecked yet, that’s not surprising (although they probably have a plan).
