Windy people should have voted for Bernard Epton for mayor in 1983! Now, it’s “too late”.
Heck, they should’ve voted for Ben Adamowski in 1963!
And so far as the city’s current problem: they’ve run out of other people’s money - paying teachers for not knowing how to teach and retirees for not doing anything at all will become more and more interesting as the years go by.
