Someone posted a picture on the cam site of a firetruck next to the tree...probably installing or repairing one of the cams. It’s in front of a rather large home or a golf club house. Very lovely area!
I saw some sort of truck on the street this afternoon but it wasn’t a fire truck. The cams have had problems the past two days and maybe there’s a control box lower on the tree that they can work on to straighten things out. They won’t go up to the cams themselves as long as the owlets are around so as not to disturb the birds.
Cam 2 DVR is messed up tonight. I was going to go back and catch Windy doing “selfies” but it goes back to this afternoon rather than a few minutes ago.
Cam 1 isn’t working right either. Keeps hanging up and is running about 2 minutes behind. They should have stayed with what they had last year. They didn’t have all these problems. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”
Big Red finally stood up a couple of minutes ago and G3 hasn’t made enough progress to hatch for a while. Back to watching Windy. I gather Stormy is up the Cam 2 branch because that’s where Windy keeps looking.
