Dolly - would you please tell me what you used. My allergies have been giving me fits for a while and I don’t like to take medicine. Thanks

I too am having a lot of problems with allergies. Results in sinus headaches, monster headaches. I use generic tylenol sinus headache medicine to get rid of them. And, the worst is not here yet, the yellow dust UGH

I bought a deep fry cooker from amazon (about 30 bucks?) fill with water.

I have a huge stash of oils. For this therapy session I added Tea tree oil, Eucalyptus, lavender oils.. truly you can add a lot of various oils. (research on line..

I am not a doc and most docs other than naturopathic would not even validate this).. I do a full dropper of each oil into the pot. Bring to boil. cover head with towel. Inhale through mouth and nose. Be careful it is hot and the oils, if you are not used to this, can be strong. just use common sense.

I try to 10 -20 minutes. Then the fluid which is all over your face, I rub into my face. Avoid eyes. Yes, I have gotten in my eyes. Not terrible but probably wise to avoid. VERY Deep breaths with mouth(to lungs) and nose. I reuse the mixture. The oils are anti bacterial and will not “point”. I do this 4-6 times a day.

It took a few weeks to completely clear up the reservoirs of deep rooted bacteria. the bags under my eyes that I had for over a decade -— gone. For some reason (good) the bacteria do not yet encapsulate with oils like they do with antibiotics

Check this out. I’ve been using it for years. Good for bee stings, poison ivy, migraines. Think it has to do with histamine.
