These are my own talking points came up with based on the facts as I researched them.

True of False? Trump received 100% of the delegates in Florida.

True or False? More than 50% of the people in Florida voted for someone other than Trump.

True or False? First round voting 100% of the delegates from Florida will vote for a candidate that the majority of the state did not vote for?

True or False? People did vote in Colorado? Hint: True...they voted for their delegates.

So you think it’s fair to ignore a majority of the voters in Florida. And you want to ignore the direct election of delegates in Colorado. Sounds like you don’t trust the people’s vote.

B/S Rove said the same thing last week and you are spouting them you are nothing but an establishment hack to do one. People like you who support the establishment and corruption are the very meaning of disgusting to me.

I think that's the sticking point right there. I'm no fan of the indirect delegate voting process. But if a state makes the decision to go that way, it's their right.

Now here's the problem. In quite a few states (for example PA, I don't know about CO), delegates appear on the ballot unbound and unconnected to any candidate. All the voter to guide him is some pamphlet put out by someone.

So you think you're voting for Candidate A's delegate, when you might really be voting for someone quite willing to go with Candidate B on the first ballot. That stinks.

One could argue that this voter needs to educate himself more. I would disagree with that. Voting should be straightforward, and free of these Byzantine rules.

As for the Florida 100% thing, you do have a point. However, I would point out that most states allocate their Electoral College votes that way. It makes the state more important politically.

If you didn’t have to work between 7:30pm-9:00pm or have to put schoolchildren to bed on a Tuesday night, then you had the opportunity to participate in the Colorado caucus. And that's what defenders are calling "the voters DID participate."

It really amounted to party insiders controlling the process. But, hey, it is Colorado's state right to do it that way. The trouble is that the GOP is not coming out of this primary season with a good reputation, because Trump's candidacy is making people notice how the process is really working.

What it does do is expose the true motives of the ruling class, because the people don't differentiate the primary vote from the Constitutional office vote when they see their "vote" taken away from them. Caucuses are "appointment voting" because you must appear at a meeting hall at a designated time to participate; there is no opportunity for early, absentee, or all-day voting.

Even though primary voting is often a sham, the reputational damage to the party is enormous when they play fast and loose with the process.
