You do it constantly with the FBI filing. You keep quoting only the part you want people to focus on, and absolutely ignoring the other part that gave Apple a blank check to do it any way they wanted to.
An accomplished liar knows that the best way to push a lie is to put just enough truth in it to make it sound believable. You just rely on people not bothering to find out the details. You get by with your assertions because most of the time you are dealing with people who don't actually bother to find out what is the truth.
This is the same thing Apple inc did with their screaming fit about the government wanting to unlock everybody's Iphones. It was a lie, but it had just enough truth in it that people were willing to believe it.
I've posted the entire Court Order. Apple could do it any way, but however they did it the method would be handed over to the FBI at the end. You never have shown us your section that allows what you claim, that Apple may retain the iPhone afterwards. LIAR.
