Apple was the one that forced it public. No, the FBI didn't know anyone else could do it when they filed with the court.

Using your Ouija board again, DiogenesLamp, and ignoring more of those INCONVENIENT FACTS as you also pull more "facturds" out of your stinky sphincter?

  1. Fact: The FBI held a press conference as soon as the got the All Writs Act Court Order signed by Magistrate Judge Sheri Pym at a court non-hearing where Apple was not invited, nor even made aware it was happening. Simultaneously, FBI Director James Comey also held a press announcement on the East Coast to announcement on the Court order to Apple. Can you say coordinated publicity campaign? Apple heard about the Court Order on the NEWS. That alone shoots down your lie about Apple forcing it public. LIAR.

  2. Fact: You don't have a clue about what the FBI knew about opening that iPhone 5C, but that doesn't stop you from pontificating that you do know.

  3. Fact: Apple's statement on its assistant to law enforcement has made it quite clear about what it can, and cannot do, and what it is willing to do. That statement has been on Apple's website for two years, unchanged since the release of the A7 and later processors. Apple had already drawn its stand in the courts several times before the FBI brought this out in this case. The cases you claim Apple had helped on before were for phones that were not protected by encryption as complete as what was involved with the iPhone 5C and later iPhones. . . Nor did any of them require what was included in the Pym court order. Different times, different situations.

  4. Fact: as shown above, it was the FBI and the DOJ who started this "fight" and the incompetence, as shown by the losses suffered by the FBI and the DOJ in the New York case which is an exactly similar situation, demonstrates THEIR incompetence, not Apple who was the winner in that case.

  5. Fact: Apple was never trying to prevent what you are again attempting to re-write the facts to imply, that Apple was merely trying to prevent the unlocking of every iPhone 5C. LIAR! Your attempt to re-frame the debate into something that was NOT the case, is disingenuous and a total lie! But then, that's what you do in every post. You pull out one of your signature "facturds" and try to elevate it to the level of a facts, but we know you and your lying methods. We will NOT allow you to get away with it.

Did you study at the knee of Saul Alinsky, or perhaps it was some where farther back on his anatomy?

Your message is too long for me to bother reading. I doubt it contains anything worth reading anyways.
