I’ve worked and for dozens of companies.

At no time did I tell them my sexual orientation, preference or ‘gender identity,’ nor did they ask, nor was it relevant or even appropriate to mention it.

As usual, the only standard is a double standard when it comes to those who are STILL confused about the very simple plumbing design of homo sapiens. Suddenly it’s all gay all the time and they must be celebrated with trumpet fanfares and all manner of ‘inclusive’ nonsense.

Of course, the explanation for why we need to know, why it might improve or contribute to their job performance and, in turn, the quality of the products or services a company offers is still absent.
