The reason for a “Justice” (virtue) System is to ONLY promote “public virtue”. (Montesquieu). Now, they could just have mandatory classes or something like that, for “punishment” but then you are getting into reeducation camps and making killing human beings into a trivial matter. Killing babies (like the pagan child sacrifices-—were “good” and thus, they flourished because culture encouraged it. Anything promoted in “laws” will increase the actions. It is human nature—it is why we see mutilations of children now (boys are girls) because our MSM is allowed to promote it as “Good” and “Normal”. Soon, Man-Boy sex will be the norm again like it is in sexist Muslim nations and in the super-elite Kissinger Bohemian Grove-types where child sacrifice and sodomy are the Rites of Ba’al Worship.
The purpose of “Just” Laws are to promote “good”, flourishing civil actions (Laws of Nature and nature’s God)....and Cicero (and all the Ancient Masters) knew that when Just Law promotes evil (and killing) that the society will collapse and become tyrannical. Vice breeds vice only and makes human beings into a commodity to be used and tossed. It is what happened with Germany because of the vile, vulgar, homo-erotica of Weimar Republic where the homosexuality movement with the Boy Scouts originated in the late 1800s.
With Christianity—the most perfect Justice System which includes forgiveness and mercy and Love—used to punish ALL acts that used other human beings as a commodity or in evil, degrading way. Evil use of Humans was ALWAYS discouraged-—in all Main Stream culture, except the underground, where evil will always thrive. We have now made Evil into “good” and “Just Law”-—which Cicero said will collapse civil societies. It took hundreds of years for Christianity to make Slavery, pederasty, homosexuality, polygamy, etc into ‘Evil” because they all use people as a Means to an End—as a commodity which normalizes killing people and doing the most vile things to others.
