Based on everything I have seen of him, I can imagine Cruz starting his day by thanking God for his socks, shoes, pants, shirt, aftershave lotion, and...well I don’t have the time to get into breakfast.
Now don’t get on me, but my wife and I are Christians and we try do the best we can. But we do slip up (maybe a lot),and I have had my moments in may younger days that I am not proud of. But we the right thing more often than not.
So can you understand that it is your candidate that makes us think of him the way we do? And can you understand that America will never elect him president for exactly the same reason?

Yes, but you need to consider that few people other than Trump celebrate that he/she is a serial adulterer. And then have the gall to say that they are strong Christians, read the Bible more than anyone on Earth, and really don’t need God’s forgiveness.
To me and I believe to any Christian, Trump’s words do not compute with a Christian belief. The man is a con-man, all about himself, through and through.
I disagree with you. If Cruz by some miracle gets the nomination, he wins. Hillary Clinton will be pounded as a criminal — and I’m more than willing to help if Cruz gets the nomination.
