I think RSB had the security error, on their equipment, not yours. I swapped to another feed. He is speaking quietly, the whole room echos... but still his demeanor to me seems like his meeting didn’t go as well today as he hoped??
I honestly had a different reaction. He seems calmly reserved and confident.
