Repeal the Patriot Act
1. Revoke every executive order from these eight terrible years under the anti-American petty tyrant - no exceptions.
2. Order every illegal in custody deported. Order every illegal apprehended at the border held until deported, with no exceptions; keep them in tents with no Internet/TV/gym until deportation. Order a roundup of other illegals to begin immediately, starting with illegal criminals, who should be deported immediately if their sentences for other crimes have finished, and then deporting other illegals until they are all gone or self-deported.
3. Start building an effective border wall, and keep working on it until crossing the border illegally is no longer practical. If anyone vandalizes/climbs/evades the wall, including tunneling or using a tunnel, arrest them and put them in prison for a very long time.
4. Grant individual and corporate lifetime waivers from all Obamacare requirements to every company and person in America, then ask Congress to repeal that law without replacement. If we want a replacement, that can be negotiated when Obamacare is gone and we are not “negotiating” under duress.
5. Streamline the procedures for NFA items, including an order that completed NFA applications be approved automatically for any individual with a clean background check (no convictions that bar them from owning weapons) . Then ask Congress to repeal all federal laws that restrict our individual, God-given and constitutionally-protected right to keep and bear arms.
6. Revoke all new administrative regulations from these eight terrible years, without exception. If there were any new rules that were good, then could be re-issued after review.
7. Nominate someone with a proven and unambiguous originalist track record, and no older than 50, to the Court. Perhaps Senator Ted Cruz, who would be an excellent Justice.
That’s a good start on undoing the damage. Then:
Priority 1: Identify the FedGov restrictions (other than Obamacare, which should already be gone) that are killing jobs, and get them out of the way.
Priority 2: Identify the trade agreement imbalances/inequities that are giving Americans a bigger competitive disadvantage than necessary based just on our high wages, and fix/renegotiate those or start a trade war if the other side will not agree to play fair.
Priority 3: Start eliminating harmful FedGov departments and unconstitutional FedGov departments. Start with Education and then Commerce. Incorporate EPA into Interior, and downsize it a lot. Eliminate all federal incentives to participate in Common Core, and all other federal meddling in local issues such as education. Start phasing out nonsense such as federal housing programs and other federal programs that are not within the proper governmental role outlined in the Constitution.
Priority 4: Start fixing FedGov, so it does better with the jobs it is supposed to do under the Constitution. Fix the VA, including VA health. If you are not seen after waiting 30 days for the VA, FedGov should pay for a visit to any doctor in your area.
I have an Idea, how about President Trump hosts a National “Bon Fire” and has a “Official” copy of the US Tax Code and burns it on National TV and talks to the American People as he is doing it and maybe names names as to why it is OVER 65 THOUSAND Pages in length, also tell Congress that he is VETOing EVERYTHING that is sent to him until this Tax Code is down to 1 REAM of Copy Paper long(500 Sheets)! Tell them they have 60 days to get it to him for approval/disapproval.

Have the wall underway, increase the border patrol, be well into a program of deportation of all illegals, kick visa overstayers out of the country, change his mind on “letting the good ones back in”, change his mind again on H1B visas, stop all mohammedan immigration into the country for at least 12 months and then come up with strict guidelines before letting any more of them in, get with someone who can give him detailed information on what to look for if he wants to appoint originalist constitutional judges, abolish the Depts. of Education, Energy, Labor, and Commerce, get the EPA under control and reduce its staffing by at least 50%, lean on Congress to put the budget back to 2004 levels and work on cutting the 2004 baseline budget by at least 2% a year (except defense) until it is under control, abolish the Civil Rights Division in the Dept. of Justice, push Congress to repeal ObummerCare and replace it with a free market, patient based alternative, push Congress to pass legislation to phase out Social Security and Medicare over a 30 year period and let the states replace them with their own pension and medical programs should they choose to do so, insist that Congress defund NPR, Planned Parenthood, and other leftist programs, stop foreign welfare, and stop grants to states and localities with the red tape that goes with them. Then take a deep breath and really go to work.
Convene an emergency summit on the economy to uncover the real statistics that have been buried or lied about under obama and start laying out plans to deal with what's coming
Convene a second emergency summit on the impacts of obamacare on our nation and start planning actions to deal with it, piece by piece
Immediately start weekly radio addresses to the nation via a media that does not have to give the democrats a rebuttal
Sit down with the unions about infrastructure priorities and how they can help to get things moving. Starting with the wall ... And start hiring
Put the bust of Churchill back in the White House and invite the Brits to a white tie soirée to thank them for being loyal military allies
Get John Bolton working on a realistic middle east peace plan
Stop diversity celebrations as official military functions
Action 1. Rescind every single Obama Executive Order.

1. Nominate a real conservative justice to fill Scalia’s seat.

3. Begin strict enforcement of all immigration laws and stop further immigration of Syrian rapefugees and other Muslims.
4. Direct the Attorney General to begin an investigation into the corruption at the VA.
5. Start building the wall.

Have the legislative team present at least three ‘no brainer’ pieces of legislation, even if of modest importance, to kick start the process

— Nominate a new Supreme Court justice. Mark Levin springs to mind.
— Propose legislation to eradicate the EPA, Department of Education and Department of Energy and relocate their “assets” to the states.
— Appoint a team of lawyers to seek out useless government agencies and mark them for destruction.
— Shred every one of Obummer’s executive orders and promise to never repeat such unConstitutional actions.
— Nominate Allen West as Secretary of Defense with orders to erase the current Political Correctness now plaguing the Armed Services.
