If they have a ticket then they aren't trespassing. And what they're doing doesn't fall under 'disturbing the peace'.

Here you have both sides making First Amendment claims. And what both sides keep forgetting is that the First Amendment protects us from the government abridging our free speech. It doesn't protect our speech from being disturbed by others, no matter how obnoxious they are.
