Those were lyrics for Al Wilson's hit song "The Snake". Lyrics were written in 1963 by Oscar Brown and were inspired by an Aesop's fable about "Farmer and the Viper".

Glad to see that Trump stuck out the early disruptions and gave his full speech. Hopefully those disruptors are spending the night in jail.
