It begs the question why this hasn’t been the charge each and every time? WHY? The USSS has an obligation to inform local LEO’s. Is this the B team USSS? Come on man. Put a stop to it by charging them with a felony!!! THAT will get their attention. My comment was to a simple misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Unless it changes, my original comments stand. They will be unfazed by a misdemeanor charge, and WILL be emboldened and WILL return.
I’ve been booked twice. Never got out that quick and for WAY lesser charges/actions. One time they wouldn’t even give me bond for 72 hours even with a lawyer and the other time I posted right away and still had to wait 9 hours to go free
And this guy attacks a leading presidential candidate and gets off like he spit on the sidewalk WTF?
Wouldn’t put it past the Dems in Congress to protest!
