I thought they were just picking delegates. Guam too.
Guam is on Saturday. Likely all uncommitted.
The only place I saw that’s reporting on the Virgin Islands is the HuffPo ... even tho I hesitate to give them a click, I did, but no results as of maybe an hour ago.

I imagine Cruz will do well as one of their 2 major port/cities is Cruz Bay.
