No surprises, everything as expected. Cruz won Texas, Cruz and Trump tied in OK, Trump wins everything else. Kasich comes second in Vermont and MA. Rubio non-viable in Texas and Vermont.

BernyBoy getting trounced everywhere. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

“How can they release viable exit polls when the polls are still open?”

They might be somewhat accurate based on who’s voted so far, and maybe it can give us an idea of trends, but I’d say the majority of us will vote in the evening after work, so things could definitely change significantly.

The voting hasn’t even stopped in ANY of these states yet so these are very provisional. I hope OK goes Trump’s way. And it would be great to get Texas too, but that’s not likely. That said, it’s highly unlikely that Cruz will win more than 50% in TX.

My nephews went to a Bernie rally. They are in their early 20’s and their top top issues are infrastructure and Wall Street greed. I’m working on them, but don’t think there is any way I can douse The Bern.

Other than Texas and OK, where is a guy like Cruz going to “surge”?

At this point in the race, the further he gets from his backyard, the less interest he attracts

Google has different projections

At this point it is all guess work

They have exit polls throughout the day. Press has them. They just don’t publicly announce them until after polls close. But exit polling starts coming in by mid day/early afternoon

I agree, if it comes down for a 2 man race, let it be Trump and Cruz. Heck, even Trump stated, correctly, that Cruz is a hell of lot smarter than Rubio.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I seem to recall the exit polling looked very good for Romney in the afternoon, and by the evening the sad reality was that Obama crushed him.

On their next birthday give whatever you would have spent on presents to the homeless.

Not really, it was expected Hillary would do well in the Southern States due to the Black vote.

Sander's will start doing well as the primaries move toward the West Coast and NEast Coast.

I’d say this is way too early.

They don’t release projections until the polls close.

Rubbish!

I believe they release the exit polls in waves. Obviously, they won't capture the late vote accurately, but nothing in those exit polls surprises me except a strong Cruz showing to a draw in OK.

I think you are right.

Like I said, at this point it is just guesses

But, those google charts are fun to watch

You forgot a tag somewhere....

I too waited a half hour to vote; line was all Rep & no Dems...

Sign for the line had Dems with a left arrow and Reps with a right arrow...

They couldn’t have done it better :D

One disadvantage Trump has is on the ballot itself.

I had to look for his name among about ten others.

Agreed. I hope Cruz takes Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma but I don’t buy exit polls until the real vote is counted to at least 50%.

Are you kidding? This whole place has turned into innuendo and rumor ever since Trump jumped in. Never used to be brutal place to visit.

Ha! I thought only deceased and illegal Democrats cast four votes for their candidates. It’s gratifying to learn that the R’s are finally learning how to win this election! /s
