That is a great statement. It makes it very clear how Mexico can/will pay for the wall, and that the method exists now within existing law.

That begs the question: If it is possible, through the Patriot Act, to shut down the flow of money to Mexico, why hasn’t it been done already? The Patriot Act has existed since Bush 43 but nothing has been done. Another major failure of the PTB in DC, including GOP.

I’m in no way authority on this, but my guess it hasn’t been done because of the Chamber of Commerce and others donating to various member of the House and Senate for the Cheap Labor Express.
