Sounds delicious. I have cut carbs...and love making things with butter. I am loving my coconut shakes, with banana, as well ;-)
Have you tried a pumpkin shake?
I add 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin with your same recipe.
I add some butter to it to give it the fat needed.
I don’t use all milk. I use 2 TBL spoons of HEAVY cream then use Coconut milk, unsweetened. Add the spices used to make pumpkin pie. I heat it up in the microwave. SOOOOO good!!!
