Read between the lines! The FBI is not going to make a referral or complete the investigation until “everything” is done. The emails from Hillary are being intentionally withheld for that reason. Some are due today. Some are due in the next two weeks. They were due at the end of January. Then STATE will find “more” emails that they overlooked.
It will take time to review and redact. Somewhere around 2024 they will finish the investigation. Meanwhile, they could arrest Hillary’s cohorts and waste a few more years. Obama is going to appoint Lynch to SCOTUS. Her replacement will take as much time as possible to review. In any event, the election will have already taken place. Obama will either Pardon Hillary with a Blanket Pardon or she will pardon herself and her minions.
Hillary should not be allowed to campaign. The Foundation is the conduit which secured all the illegal money from her Treasonous actions. They are supporting the entire DNC. The DNC is 100% behind Hillary. Obama draining the money via blackmail. He couldn’t care less what she says about him after he leaves office.
Bottom line: They could issue charges (referral) for the most serious charges they can prove at this moment. The Indictment will be more pages than the ObamaCare Bill. They can add charges as they find them. What difference does it make at this point?
