I thought Donald made a huge mistake last night in his attack against Jeb Bush by attacking his family and brother.
Donald took exactly the tack that the democrats take.
They can use this.
Whatever people think about that war in retrospect, most of us were for it at the time. I have a lot of respect for George W. Bush and what a poor idea to attack him to try to get at Jeb.
Why did Trump bother to attack Jeb? He’s leading, Jeb doesn’t really have a chance.
Trump just has to get back at people no matter what he has to do.
He may not have hurt himself last night but he gave it the old college try. What a disaster.
Maybe not. Many people see the Bush's for who they are, globalists. I don't know why Bush went into Iraq but I question his motives on everything.
Re: 911, Bush had warning of an imminent attack, of course not the horror that was to come but enough to have taken it seriously. Not his fault per se but Trump's right in that the towers came down on Bush's watch. The buck stops here has to apply to some of the politicians instead of don't blame me.

I have no qualms about a presidential campaign. It seems folks seem to find folly in a rough campaigner they aren't for, but enjoy the toughness of the campaigner they ARE for.
If it is a disaster for Trump, it will show in the polls and shortly later the votes.
Time will tell.
My opinion is that of all the candidates running for this office, GOP and dem, Trump has the greatest chance to win.
Donald made more friends than enemies attacking the Bush family last night. A lot of us have less than fond memories of Dubya. Trump did not hurt himself at all in SC.
I can understand why Trump may have made a mistake regarding Bush. I, personally, would have a hard time just accepting the multi-million dollar add campaign to take me down in the 3 primary States thus far. I know that I would respond to defend my honor. I also once held Bush in esteem but the way he burnt down the financial markets and never defended his decisions against rat ridicule, totally turned me off. His spending nearly destroyed our Country and his ideas regarding public education sucked. For him to jump in at this point to prop Jeb up is ok but now he is fair game.
