A constitution that depends upon any one man or one group of men, is not a Constitution of civil Government at all. It defies the point of a written Constitution if it must be upheld or ‘defined’ by the very employees it is designed to limit. Such employees might as well be bound by nothing more than tradition.

The only long term security for a Constitutional republic is not to take orders from Federal Employees in black robes. But rather to respect their power to try only the cases and people before them. If they can bring or have brought anyone and everyone before them then there really is no law but that which they choose.
