Cruz needs to show his USA birth certificate! He must have something? Why has he only produced his Canadian bc and his mother’s bc? Even Obama produced more than this!
Each person only has one "vital statistic" representing the circumstances of birth. Any document from the US, relating to Cruz, will pertain only to citizenship.

He likely doesn't have anything but a Canadian birth certificate. A very plausible explanation. His parents likely did not get the US State Department 'Consular Report of Birth Abroad' because at the time they likely didn't have any intentions of coming back the the US.
