Thinking back to when we did live in a snowy area I remember walking through it and feeling *stuck* in place as I tried to walk forward. I did fell *off balance* and probably used my arms for balance.

I’d read that Finicum was on his knees but I didn’t see that in the video and I just can’t watch it again.

If they were going to have a shoot-out w the feds, they would have stayed with their vehicle.

It is possible that to the witnesses in the car, who were looking over a snow bank almost as high as the windows, it may have appeared he was on his knees. It looks more like the snow is almost up to his knees.

The video clearly shows his hands were up.

Wonder if he was shot while his hands were up, and then he automatically started to reach for the spot where he was hit.

He wasn’t. That was a lie, and calls into question all the witnesses who swore he was on his knees with hands up, in the road.
