What it DOES do is SHOW !
It showed a figure in a cowboy hat get out of the drivers' side with it's hands in the air ... and a couple of fumbling motions that were too slow to be drawing on (the figure had done a 360 and knew the count against it) encroaching Feds
THAT'S what it shows

Audio would tell us, but there's none available.
Even though there appears to be a guy with a video camera 25 feet to the right of Finicum, recording the whole thing.
