It seems that the Founders had a clear description of what natural born was and it does not fit Cruz. The problem is that a court needs to rule on this so we know what the rules should be. Right now there are all kinds of interpretations.
An expedited hearing would get this out of the way once and for all. If Cruz gets nominated he is finished. They will destroy him. This is fact.
