Willie is the son.
These are two different people. Willie the son and CEO endorses Trump. Cruz got endorsed by Phil the father.
Bobby Jindal is out of the race.
Dunno, but where I come from, if the old man (the patriarch) says 'all of us', that means the whole family... I expect that's much the same in the South.
