Recalls to mind Patton’s belief in using the German Wehrmacht to push The Soviet union back into its boundaries. Bad mistake to chop up Germany into little pieces and VERY bad mistake to let Russia take Berlin. We paid the price of not having listened to Patton throughout the Cold War.
