To: boycott

I agree. I do not like the NFLization of college football. I liked having traditional bowl games on New Years’ Day, and that’s it. Going to a Bowl game should be an honor, instead, going to a bowl game is like going to the NIT in basketball, who cares?

Bowl games used to mean something. Now there are so many I’ve never heard of a lot of them.

It used to be that the final rankings often depended upon the outcome of a few different bowl games. It made New Years Day much more exciting. It was the Orange, Sugar, Cotton, and Rose Bowls that mattered most.

It’s like too much of a good thing isn’t such a good thing anymore. There is way too much sports on TV. I don’t care to watch most of it.

the old bowl season left many teams with a “win” to end the season....so what if it was a Banana bowl...it means something to the fans and to the teams....I like the old bowl season...
