Good price. No Krogers around here, but check the label grade; it’s probably just USDA, not ‘prime’ or ‘choice’ grade. Doesn’t matter so much w/ PR, as it does with steaks, but getting the fat marbling content is critical. If I don’t get an Allen Bros or Snake River Farms PR, I go to a local butcher store where I know the people, and they make sure the fat’s in it.
