keeps moving forward Andrew Napolitano

By Judge Andrew P. Napolitano Published December 17, 2015 FoxNews.com Facebook0 Twitter0 livefyre Email Print New bid to win progressives?

While the country has been fixated on Donald Trump's tormenting his Republican primary opponents and deeply concerned about the government’s efforts to identify any confederates in the San Bernardino, California, killings, a team of federal prosecutors and FBI agents continues to examine Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state in order to determine whether she committed any crimes and, if so, whether there is sufficient evidence to prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

What began as an innocent Freedom of Information Act request by Judicial Watch, a D.C.-based public advocacy group promoting transparency in the executive branch, has now become a full criminal investigation, with Clinton as the likely target.

The basic facts are well-known, but the revealed nuances are important, as well. When the State Department responded to the Judicial Watch FOIA request by telling Judicial Watch that it had no emails from Clinton, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit. When the State Department made the same representation to the court -- as incredible as it seemed at the time -- the judge accepted that representation, and the case was dismissed.

Then The New York Times revealed that Clinton used a private email server instead of the government’s server for all of her work-related and personal emails during her four years as secretary of state. After that, the Judicial Watch FOIA case was reinstated, and then the judge in the case demanded of State that it produce Clinton’s emails.

True, but Comey is a good man and I believe the FBI will RECOMMEND to indict. The DOJ will almost certainly decline but the FBI’s recommendation will be enough to scuttle the beast.

Hillary for PRISON in 2016!

After careful vetting, she appears to be well qualified for that position. Wouldn't limit the number of terms, either. She is well qualified and vetted now to hold this position for life. No debates, no PAC, no campaign, not even an election... she can just be placed in this position right now.

“She doesn’t have horns”, ya know. Maybe she does, but they’re totally covered in grease? Extremely hard to hold on to and pin her down to brand.

Somebody has to decide to prosecute. She is a very weak candidate; we could not hope for a better opponent. Donald can take her apart in ten words or less.

Could it be she knows her time is past and she is running simply to deflect scrutiny as a “political attack on her campaign”?

What a waste of time! Hillary will not be indicted, period.
Some have said the FBI director may make a recommendation to indict, have it rejected by the IMAM in the White House, and then resign.

I’m afraid you’re right.

If that evil woman becomes president, she will become a full blown dictator in a short time. Look at what Obama has gotten away with.

Anyone on her Enemies Lists would suffer.

Why is she still running for office? If ANY Republican had done half of what she’s done the press would have destroyed the person.

Congress won’t do jack. They’re compromised and merely ceremonial.

DOJ is hopelessly corrupted, like the IRS.

The law does not apply to Democrats.

Too bad the FBI can’t run the investigation with all the names redacted. If it weren’t Hillary, it would be a slam-dunk, and this case would’ve been wrapped long ago.

Hillary has a long history of tampering with evidence.

Early in her career while working with Watergate investigation she removed an important document from an evidence room to deny access to the document.

When Vince Foster died Hillary had Maggie Williams remove files from his office.

IIRC Hillary had possession of torn letter written by Foster.

Hillary's billing records for the Whitewater fiasco disappeared and only reappeared when the statute of limitations expired.

Special prosecutor Robert Ray expressed his opinion that Hillary lied but he could not prove it.

Hillary lied about being under fire when she landed in Bosnia.

Hillary blatantly lied what happened in Libya.

Hillary has lied repeatedly about her emails.

Valerie Jarrett

So how’s that criminal investigation into Lois Lerner’s shenanigans going? And the intelligence guys pranked by a kid who seem to spend more time looking at our FR posts than terrorists Facebook threats—Koskinen, Alexander and Clapper for perjuring themselves on the subject? Eric Holder and his stooges? The DEA? The BLM? The EPA? The IRS?
Ferris? Hello?

Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any federal office.

This poor guy is living in the old America. He thinks that laws really matter in this banana republic.

CRIMINAL investigation? When a DemonRat is involved, its just an investigation of an ACTIVITY NOT A PERSON isnt it?

I keep remembering when Hitlary was president, in her first "two-fer-one, blue-plate special" term, there were some missing files that re-appeared most inconveniently for her implicating her in something but I don't remember exactly what it was. But I know she didn't like it.

I have a feeling that her grubby, man-hands are gonna get caught somehow when she least expects it.

Couldn’t the Attorney General of the state her server was kept in, indict her for transmitting classified emails from foreign areas to the US or visa versa?
