Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday the West had to drop its demands about the political exit of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad if it wanted a genuinely international coalition against Islamic State militants.
Lavrov, who said there was still no agreement about Assad's political fate after international talks in Vienna, said he had detected a change in the West's position since the Paris attacks and the bombing of a Russian passenger plane.

Assad was, until the late unpleasantmess, the best available ruler for Syria. His has been a standard non-sectarian hard dictatorship like the rest in pre Arab Spring days but he protected the minorities, the Christians, Alawites, Kurds, etc., and kept the Shia and Sunni apart. His power was based on those minorities. He, himself, is an Alawite which is only nominally Shia as the sect's adherents refer back to the same Ali. Where he has lost control the minorities are massacred or chased out of the country. For the non major sect Moslems, that leaves no alternatives but death or fight for survival against overwhelming odds. For the major sect Moslems there is open emigration to America and Europe which has the added benefit, for them, of promoting the Islamification of those places.
Assad's alliance with Iran is only good so long as Iran does not rule as an empire in the whole ME. IF Iran no longer needs Assad it will kill him and be as ruthless against the minorities in Syria as it has been elsewhere and as all Moslems-in-the-majority unfettered by an effective secular dictator are.

McCain is crazy about Russia, his batboy Graham the same
To them Syria-Ukraine is all one battle of us vs Russia and they could actually envision gettng us into direct combat so the US Navy could use all of its hardware in glorious battle
Meanwhile Putin has alluded to his belief McCain went insane in Vietnam prison
It’s long past time for the KGB to release the Songbird videos and tapes from Vietnam
I can’t imagine wat they are waiting for , must be some big money involved

All I know is that we seem fixated on getting rid of anyone who doesnât seem to concentrate on killing Christians and Jews. That is what a mohamedan ruler desires. We have a mohamedan ruler.

——Obama says——
What Obama says doesn’t really matter, he is irrelevant.
What Putin says matters.
Since Obama will do nothing, Putin will prevail in maintaining the Assad government albeit over a diminished Syria

Putin says it’s God’s job to forgive (the terrorists), and it’s his job to bring them to God.

As long as Buckwheat and his minions can continue to add our enemies to the welfare roles of America. They don't really care about winning anything that benefits the United States.
The list of charges against the left that will soon demand action continues to grow.

“Exactly. Obama’s and Hillary’s manipulated coups have been total failures.”
And possibly made them terrorists and war criminals. Goering was sentenced to hang for, among other charges, conspiracy and waging a war of aggression. If these two and others, do not face similar tribunals it must be said that the Nuremburg trials were nothing more significant than popularity contests.

Remember, they initially won in Egypt (they toppled Mubarak), and Obama was happy as can be. Unfortunately for Obama and the MB, the Egyptian people and military got rid of the MB cabal that Obama helped to install.
The MB is running the Obama administration.
