French police conducted a massive series of anti-terrorism raids in the early hours of Monday morning, just hours after the nation’s air force pounded Islamic State targets in Syria.
The coordinated raids span the entire country — from Calais on the northern coast, to Toulouse in the south and Grenoble near the Swiss border, Britain’s Daily Mail reported.
The Guardian reported that further raids took place in a Parisian suburb of Bobigny and in Jeumont, near the Belgian border.
Photos from Toulouse showed dozens of police vans running through the city in the wee hours, and French media reported that at least three people were taken into custody there.

The French definitely have a backbone. The mistake was in thinking that they could live peacefully with the religion of mass murder and serial killing.

None of this will work.
Others will easily sneak in, become sleepers, and easily carry out similar attacks.
Or maybe the French forgot how they were in WW2 when they used similar means to com a the Germans.
They let these people become 10% of their population.

You are quite correct. It’s all for fanfare to make the public feel better about the situation when in reality it does absolutely nothing to stop the problem.
Until the West outlaws Islam, closes down the mosques, and exports every Muzzie to a Sharia-compliant country of their choosing this news means jack-didly squat.
The only way to stop terrorism is to kill all the moslems. France will not kill or deport all the moslems within their borders so they will repeatedly suffer terrorist attacks.
Ah yes, but will every suspect be provided with their own personal attorney? Will the French bend over backwards to protect their ‘rights?’
