I’ve never joined either one...but what I can say is ..as you know I do a lot of searching for photos etc. I can say that once an event happens it’s best to grab what’s out there early on....(as with Merkel who asked Zuckerman at the UN to control the negative posts and photos about the refugees)...Nation leaders can pretty much get their cooperation and it’s not long before I see photos being pulled down.
So there’s already some control on the net....it’s pretty interesting that Zunkerman and the rest are frequent guests at the WhiteHouse and were at the Un Assembly as well......so it’s going to come down to more and more control of information for sure.
In the year before the 2012 election there was a discussion about Obama having almost admitted on camera he wasn’t born in the U.S. I added that I’d seen the clip of that IL senate debate against Alan Keyes. I had seen it on FR probably in 2007. I remembered it very well.
Yet in 2012 no matter how I searched it was nowhere to be found on the web. My first experience with web scrubbing. Years ago I had success re-finding Veep Cheney’s infamous pocket rocket photo so I felt I was a good online researcher. But you can’t find that debate footage AN Y WHERE now.
