“The Trump hatred”
So sick of this word being hurled around. Just because some people dislike Trump or his policies doesn’t mean they hate him. Hate is a very strong word and I know it is a throw-away word used to make people look bad and discredit them.
I don’t hate Donald Trump. I don’t even particulary dislike the guy. I don’t think he is presidential material. People here are passionate about their beliefs and some of them are trying to prevent voters from making another big mistake. Some people can’t seem to face the truth. You can see the difference in those who are trying to choose a candidate using common sense and those who are so emotionally tied to what they want to see that they will accept no criticism of their guy. It’s our job as voters to criticize and judge ALL of the candidates including our “own guy”.
I save my hate for those who truly deserve it. To me, hating someone means I would do bodily harm to them if I could. I hate terrorists. See? Big difference. I highly doubt that anyone here has that type of hate for Donald Trump.
I think voting for a man who has spent only 2 years in the Senate and has no business background is a huge mistake. Someone who pretends to be an outsider, but has worked his entire career in government in one form or another.
The expression “hater” was developed by the Alinski left to end debate. It is a pernicious attempt to silence anybody who disagrees with them on any particular subject. It is an affront to freedom and when encountered the user should be treated with disdain.
Unfortunately certain elements of the right have now adopted that tactic as their own and they should be treated disdainfully as well.
“So sick of this word being hurled around. Just because some people dislike Trump or his policies doesnt mean they hate him.”
I’m sure that what they mean by that is the venom being used to express their disagreement or dislike.
