I would be surprised if this hasn’t happened before, with so many other cases. There could be a class action lawsuit. It’s curious how there’s been so many deaths, and no doubt even more non-fatal crimes committed, yet never any action taken, it seems, which would force the government to obey the law.

When they elites want to stop any lawsuit that they find embarrassing or inconvenient to their agenda they’ll just go to the standard play “plaintiff lacks standing to file this action”. The Courts aren’t for redress of grievances but to impose the elites will upon the population under color of law.Lawsuits ridding America of God,normal sexuality,or establishing separate legal standards and benefits for preferred political classes are the vehicle to transform America. Rule of law,property rights, religious freedom, individual liberty these are relics of a bygone era that would only impede the march of progress.
