I would hold them as an accomplice. Make them criminally culpable.
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal told Boston Herald Radio on Monday morning that mayors of sanctuary cities should be arrested.
Absolutely, I would hold them as an accomplice. Make them criminally culpable, the Republican presidential candidate said when asked if hed arrest mayors of sanctuary cities . Id also make them civilly liable so that families, victims families could sue.

I agree.
I’m all for that! Arrest them all and send in ICE with the knowledge that they are allowed to round up the criminal illegals
Works for me!
Don’t forget the Boards of Supervisors. In SF they largely dictate policy.
Seems their should be legal liability to municipalities who fail to enforce federal law and allow illegals to prey on their citizenry. A few good lawsuits could turn this thing around.
Works for me.
Start with Garcetti.
Here in L.A. they do all but ring the dinner bell for more illegals to come here.
and by extension anyone who is facilitating this invasion. The Ogabe regime and most in congress
Won’t happen until Obama is gone.
(voice of Vizzini) “Inconceivable!”
: )
The entire city council as well if they voted for this.
I see no problem with this at all. Should have been done a long time ago.
if the left can have sanctuary cities for illegals and sanctuary states that flaunt federal drug laws...
why can’t the right have sanctuary states for Christian bakery owners?
or states where babies are safe from abortions?
or religious leaders and business owners are safe from homo persecutions?
or the tax repressed are safe from federal taxation?
just saying...
After hours night-time beheadings too. These bastard mayors are responsible for innocent Americans being raped and murdered by illegals.
Nice to see the Donald Trump Effect spreading to more and more candidates. Even Hillary said she had a problem with Sanctuary Cities - until the Hispanic radicals in her party made her walk that back.
