GOP must go They are a vile corrupt criminal organization, just like their mutually loyal opposition...
Mark Levin said it last night. The Congress has surrendered its authority and SCOTUS is an arm of the Executive.
“The Jeb News Channel” had the fraud Corker on this morning. There will be no voting down of Obama’s “treaty.” It’s all a Kabuki dance.
Tyranny has arrived. The American Republic is done.

So you think it would have been better with no input from Congress? The President has the authority to make this executive agreement on his own. At least now Congress has some input.
0bama disregards your opinion on these definitions. As does the majority ‘leader’.
Thanks for the link to Levin.
I was just coming here to post it. I encourage all to listen.
Absolutely.
In the current scenario Congress has givven the POTUS agreement the force and legitimacy of US Law. A future POTUS cannot nullify it "with a phone and a pen".
If Congress instead had forced POTUS to do this only under "Executive Agreement", the next POTUS could simply decide it's no longer in force and stop abiding. Sanctions and all would be back in force a mere 18 months from now.
As it stands it will take an act of Congress to stop this, and a VERY high threshold of 2/3 of both Houses.
But Obama needed to show he had the Congress with him or Iran would not negotiate.
Thus "Fast Track Nuclear Treaty" was invented.
This method for International Arms "Treay" has never before been even tried.
Now it's the Law of The Land.
Ted Cruz REMAINS the only true Conservative in this race.
~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~
Remember John Belushi’s skit on SNL Candy Gram as him as a shark ?
I feel terrible for my Country because it now belongs to someone else, white privilege is so yesterday.
We share that.
Because obammy was against it. Good enough for me. Go Ted.
Was the resolution passed?
There has been no time for the resolution in question.
The “Iran Act” was just signed today.
The best course of action now is for the Senate to set the stage with a vote of disapproval. If they can do that with 67 votes, by drafting some Dems, then the House only requires a simple majority to vote for Disapproval.
That would mute Obama’s veto threat.
