I don't think so. Most people and businesses around here have to observe some kind of law. But if you want to get away from that you can set up shop in places that allow you to do whatever you want with your slave labor (China, India, Cambodia, etc.)
It’s on the whole capitalism thing he’s against. Has nothing to do with slave labor wages paid in those countries who are dominantly non-catholic.
The point is that there are certain standards of honesty (one of which is the honesty towards God of not enslaving what He does not will to enslave). BUT THAT’S IT... you don’t try to legislate business into being bleeding hearts.
