The way we resolve this and other disputes is in the judicial system.
But some don't want to accept the court's decision.
Probably because courts are sometimes unjust and immoral.
A court does not get to redefine terms that have been in use for millennia - like marriage for example. That’s exactly what enraged people. White is not suddenly black.
If by that you mean Roe v. Wade, then the court got it wrong.
